Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:
- school orientation days
- sports carnivals
- open day and school tours
- Harmony Week and Book Week events
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions
- fundraising, charity and community events
- award assemblies
- graduation and other celebrations.
The calendar on the Hero app provides details of school events and you can contact us to learn more about our events.

Book Week
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Parents are provided the opportunity to support our school library through a Book Fair. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week culminating in the beloved whole school Book Parade.
Harmony Day
Harmony Day is an annual event on March 21 that celebrates cultural diversity and promotes inclusivity, respect, and a sense of belonging for all Australians. The theme is "everyone belongs," and people are encouraged to wear orange to show support.
Dads and Kids Events
Once a term our school chaplain hosts an exciting a Dads and Kids event for our school community. Past events have been themed around race cars, bottle rockets, and the ever popular Lego Masters.
